I would not recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed with service, worker's hygiene, and especially the way they made the ice cream roll. They do not mix the liquid and the flavor well. They mix it very briefly and spread the liquid instead of frozen well mixed product. In the pina colada ice cream there were big chunks of pineapple and coconut which should have been chopped using the sharp utensils before spreading. These guys keep using the same gloves when handling money and making ice cream. Work area is very disorganized and dirty. Who ever owns this place clearly does not care, because all the reviews I have read clearly shows the same working style and appearance in the store...
I would recommend that the place is cleaned when patrons leave the table, the area was not clean boxes were placed in the common area the glass panel was nasty with fingerprints and smudges and the people preparing the food were touching there faces and hair and immediately put gloves but still unsanitary to me! You have to ask for the toppings or per comment of the person working they forgot! Lol
Staff (at least one) are not hygienic. The place appeared clean, but they were using the same gloves to make ice cream and handle cash register. Plus, one guy went to the back, took one glove off, bring up cold, spit it in a napkin, threw it away, DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS, THEN CAME BACK FOR ONE CLEAN GLOVE CONTINUED SERVING AND RINGING. He knew I saw him because he looked around after he did it.
Seriously the worst experience. We waited 45 minutes for 1 rolled ice cream. We were skipped in the ordering line multiple times. When I finally said something after waiting 45 minutes after I ordered, to receive the actual ice cream they refused to provide any refund. Will definitely not be coming back. Lot of better options to go to nearby.

Recently, I met up with an old friend from my postpartum support group at a restaurant. Both of us had never tried rolled ice cream before. We were both happy with our orders and will definitely be going back in the future. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful memory, B!
The children really enjoyed their ice cream, although it does take some time for the staff to prepare it since it is rolled by hand. The employees were friendly, so I would definitely consider coming back again in the future.
I waited 45 minutes for my order at this restaurant. I suggest avoiding it if you see a long line, as you will likely have to wait 45 minutes too. For faster service, you can go to the racetrack instead.
Excellent product; a very good dessert item. The service was really slow, and they should work on it a little bit, but overall worth visiting the store.

Worst customer service. It doesn’t take much to smile and greet somebody. Will not give anymore of my money to a unappreciated business like this.
The ice cream here was really good. I would give this place a 3.5 star because they didn't make one of our orders and we had to pay again.
