THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. They have a ‘manager’ named LIZ that does not service any problem and distances herself with KK services that only can be addressed at the store. Donuts taste great. Texture of dough and outlook of serving are high im quality. However the system of the store is not as good as I thought. I drove 40 minutes (with traffic) from Alhambra to Azusa to buy 2 dozens of donuta. When I arrived, it's not clear if we can do take out by going inaide the store or not. Unlike In-and-out Burger, Krispy drive-through moves very slowly, if not too slowly. One car can spend forever time at the checkout counter. They didn't have the Glazed that we wanted. Th
Came in at 7 am in the morning. There was no line and they did not seem busy. I waited at he the counter for a while until a staff acknowledged me. Staff was helpful when I had a question about the filling of the donuts. Donuts are a bit pricy compare to their donut shops, and my donuts came out cold. The cashier did not seem to be very happy as she did not look at me or smile at all. An average donut shop overall, and I will probably not going to go out of my way to come here for donuts.

some of the employees there really need retraining on how to provide good customer service by the corporate. just go to in-n- out and see how friendly the staff are there. I was greeted with terse commands like, open up the app, what [donuts] do you want? then walking away without even saying, I'll be right back or instructions. I had to take a time out to calm myself down. will never go again no matter how good the donut is.
I got there on a Sunday morning at 9 am when they bake freshly made doughnuts. I recommend getting a dozen glazed donuts. Parking was plentiful in their parking lot. The atmosphere was large and clean. The kids could see the doughnuts beingmade through the looking glass. Service was good fast. For drinks I get normal coffee.
Very friendly staff. Liz the manager especially impressed my daughter and me with her thoughtful, friendly, and caring service even when it was really busy. She even remembered me from a phone call from over a week ago!
Wow, Krispy Kreme, take all my money! The kids and I absolutely love their donuts. I've tried donuts from different places and had some disappointing experiences, but this one is unbelievably delicious!

Cool atmosphere. Bar set up is a good place to hang out. Seating set up kind of weird. Food was good and so was the service. Will go back.
Absolutely delicious! So flavorful! Simply perfect! We love Krispy Kreme! I highly recommend it!
