The original glazed doughnuts are gross. But the seasonal doughnut they have near the fall is pretty good. Originally it was the cinnamon swirl then they put a twist on it every year after. This year its pumpkin spice latte swirl. 1st day I attempted to get one, I said can I get 1 pumpkin sw ? I was cut off by the rude employee saying we ain 't got no pumpkin. I said ok, so you ain 't got nothing pumpkin period at all? She said no. I drove off found it hard to believe they had NO pumpkin doughnuts from the pumpkin line at all. So I called asked, well come to find out, they DID in fact have 2 of the other pumpkin doughnuts but yet I was told they didn 't have anything pumpkin at all. Listening is fundamental but yet the employee was in such a rush to tell me what they AIN 'T got. 2nd day attempt: Finally got one. Get home, I pulled it out of the bag and it was so hard and stale feeling. It was all smushed in it was so tiny. No way it was made that day. That was last month 's doughnut. What happen to full size, fluffy fresh doughnuts? Wasted my gas going back forth 4x 's. Manager gave me my money back as if that was worth the 4 trips disappointment. No compensation for a next visit, my gas, nothing.
I would give this place absolutely no stars if there was an option, I love a good donut after a night out, but this is probably the third time that I went in another time and her system was down. it is very regrettable that I sat in the car for about 10 minutes before anyone could even answer. (and one of their employees went out with their friend on the parking lot) please take the 24 hour sign if they are not opened 24 hours.
