I was apprehensive to call at first, but after looking at their Yelp, I was convinced. Well, not bad for a first-time visitor to this establishment. The phone service was excellent. When employees are courteous, empathetic, and pleasant in their work, Iappreciate that. They had a lot to offer, so I went with the Cajun Tenders Family Meal Deal, Crispitos (3.5 stars), sandwiches,and fried crabs (because I have kids). We paid $58.93 and were satisfied! Yummm. If I have an opportunity, I'd want to stop byand try the fried crabs.

Decent fried cajun crab $50 here, not great. The cajun crab was deep fried and dried rubbed. It came with little pieces of jalapeno peppers and lemon wedges. The included carapace innards were cooked with what tasted like egg, missing that custardytexture/sea urchin taste. I also got four pieces of tenders $8. That tasted fine. I was planning to using the biscuit to dip theinnards of the crab but couldn't because the innards were cooked too firm. O well, can't win them all.

Krispy krunchy is decent for gas station chicken. However the one in Joelton TN is incredible. They take the existing formula and do something magical. Service is great... just don't lollygag. They're gonna sell out of chicken whether you buy it or not. So study the menu and order. No small talk. They'll bit your head off there.Ambiance is straightforward. It's gas... station.. chicken... brass tax. No frills.Best chicken around (for what it is). We call it crack chicken.
Ultra tender chicken under a tasty crispy layer. I ordered eight pieces of dark meat through GrubHub. The chicken is really really really tender, like more tender than I thought was possible. The marinade is injected through the meat down to the bonewhich is how it's flavorful and super tender throughout the chicken. The honey mustard is very tasty. The chicken is a bit spicyand extremely salty. I was drinking water between every bite.
Chicken was okay but the potatoes were horrible. I’m not one to complain bc I love potatoes but these wedges must have been cooked like a week ago and reserved bc the taste was super off, and they were not krispy at all. I thought maybe it was just the one but I bit into two other ones and they all tasted spoiled or something. Biscuits are also dry. I usually love this chain but this one needs some work.
The chicken I got with this order was far from fresh. While I've enjoyed much better meals here before, today the chicken was dry and old, with a stale batter that tasted like it had been reheated. It seemed like it had been sitting under the heat lamps for too long. It lacked any crispiness or crunch. On the bright side, the macaroni and cheese was really tasty.

The chicken is pretty tasty, but the fries are disappointing—dry and bland. Also, the place is cluttered with boxes, and there are no chairs or tables to sit at.
So tasty! Bummed I don't live closer (maybe it's a blessing? I'd be here all the time). The chicken was super super good, and paired with very friendly service.
