Perfect evening! The saddle of venison was a dream. Beautifully pink and buttery, very fine sauce. The spaetzli were delicious and the side dishes were cooked to perfection. The service was super nice. We had a great evening and really enjoyed your hospitality! Everything went well, I or we will definitely be back soon.
