Let me first say that the African American lady that was working this morning was very rude had an Nigerian Accent. Older lady. I pull up to the drive through at 6:04 the store opens at 6am. I sit there for 6 minutes no one greets me. So I decide well maybe there?s something going on so I?m gonna call the store the Nigerian lady answers the phone and I ask, hey are you guys open? She says yes we are open and I said well I?m sitting at the drive-through and I?ve been here for six minutes and no one has greeted me and she said hang on one second. So I wait another full minute and 30 seconds for her to finally come on the speaker and so I order breakfast that I want. A sausage egg and cheese co...
Absolutely the worst food I have ever had from a Krystals! Ordered a 24 pack through the app and was at the restaurant when I did so. After I left ,we discovered that all the Krystals were cold and soggy. When I called back to speak with the manager, sheinforms me that she made them herself and that could not be the case. I was on the interstate and was told I had to bring themall back and she would fix me some fresh ones. Well if she fixed them the first time and supposedly made them right, why would Iturn all the way around to trust her to make them again. Here is a picture of all these Krystals gone to waste!
There only 3 employees working. The two ladies working the front and window were rude and their facial expressions were mad. I watched the lady at the window take a blue cup, put some water in it. Drank it, and put the cup back on top to be filled for her next customer. The man making the burgers was taking his spatula and raking the onions off to give to the customer that didn?t want onions on them. The front counter was nasty. When traveling to Ga. from SC we usually stop there for lunch. But?..we won?t be patronizing that Krystal again.
Customer service was very poor. Lady at drive through put me on hold for close to 15 minutes while I waited to verbally ask for my order (I was the only person in line). The ice cream machine was closed early (I wasn't able to order a chocolate sunday). Lady at checkout was snippy with me and wouldn't give me any condiments with my burgers after I politely asked for them. Waffle House would have been a better choice! ?

Store was out of several items and pre-ordering food on the app was unavailable even though there were 45+ minutes until close, but the very friendly service made up for a lot. M Also, this visit was the first time I EVER received ?fresh from the fryer? fries with my order. Although, I?m kind of disappointed because the bar was definitely raised.
After 3 times of trying to get my food correct they still couldn't do it. Worst place to eating Cartersville Ga. Please don't waist your time. The manager was exceptionally rude and didn't show the qualifications of a manager at all. Will NEVER eat there again.
When I Tell You, My Entire night was made my the Kindest souls there it was. I can?t even remember their Names but HUGE HUGE SHOUT OUT TO THE NIGHT SHIFT TEAM!!!! Thank You So Much for Your kind words and Excellent Service!!!
The krystals were great and the service was great. The staff was friendly and our order was right on time. Not a fan of the pimento cheese but thats just bc it was sweeter and i prefer spicy pimento.

Only had one cook. Very busy. Hamburgers were so soggy. Kids wouldn't eat. Waste of time and money. Bathrooms were disgusting. Ruined my trip south for the burgers we use to love
Waited to place an order thru the drive thru for about 5min no one came on to take my order. There weren't any other cars in line they were open
