Would not recommend this takeaway Kung fu gillingham very poor service rang at 17.00 hrs they said 45/50 mins rang 40 mins later to see if i could add something they said no the order had left we waited another 40 mins i rang again she said shecwould find out where it was 5 mins later it came luke warm we said we were not having it and the lady was rude and said do you want it or not as she had to do 4 deliveries before we said no i rang Ku fu again and told them i was not happy and they were not prepared to send anither one we have used this for many years but never again
Ordered via Uber eats, estimated delivery was 19:35, which changed to 20:20 shortly after. By 21:16 the food still had not arrived, after countless attempts to phone met with a busy tone. Once finally getting through, the lady who answered said she is sorry, she’ll speak to the kitchen and the food will be with me in 30-45 minutes. I had to explain that after 2 hours, my children who the food was for, are now sleeping. So delivering the food now serves no purpose. Horrible service, and will NEVER be ordering from here again.
They decided not to fulfil my order from deliveroo despite chasing them up. Reported them to deliveroo and they said they would send it over 60 mins since it was supposed to arrive. When I asked why they hadnt sent it originally the woman started shouting and dropped the phone on me. She did this a further FOUR times. The last call she shouted 'tell deliveroo to refund your money im not sending the order ' and dropped. Ive never experienced such rudeness EVER. Will never order from here EVER
Ordered with Uber eats, who managed not to apply my discount! But thought if the foods good it will make up for it. Ribs were dried out with no sauce, prawn toast inedible, chicken satay was good but had a teaspoon of peanut sauce on half of it. Prawn dish had burnt cashews in it and the bland sauce couldn’t cover that taste. The rest of the horderves were over cooked and dry. The chow mien was average, the seaweed okay. I binned half of it.

The restaurant serves delicious and hot food with fast delivery. However, I was disappointed when I ordered sweet and sour chicken balls and did not receive the accompanying sauce. I believe that when dining out at a Chinese restaurant, it is expected to receive what was ordered. This mistake caused me to deduct a point from my overall rating.
Always been here, loved the food for years. But food has gone downhill, no where near as tasty. They have also put there prices up by over 25% in the last weeks. But still giving out leaflets with the old prices on! Shame , it was always my favourite, but time for a new Chinese!
Eaten here for many years and always satisfied with the food. But Disgusted by the overnight hike in the price of over 25% ....... A nice thank you for your loyalty to rip off your customers Definitely my last visit and Chinese from here
The restaurant is clean and offers simple but delicious food that is freshly prepared. The prices are reasonable and the service is excellent. They also offer delivery if payment is made in advance.
