I went here order 3 drinks. The first 2 was without hiccup. I wanted the chocolate Hershey frap, however it was out of stock base on the notice on the sign. So I ordered a s'mores coffee frap size large instead. The server even repeat that. I got mine ordered and it was a medium coffee frap. I asked them to remake it, and i mentioned smores coffee frap a few times, the 2nd server acknowledged. I even ask for a large size again and paid a dollar more. They were nice enough to accommodate that. What really **** me off is that they ran out of smores. Yes. They did. And they didn't event tell me. They gave me the large coffee frap AGAIN. This is currently our favorite Boba Tea location with easily the best tasting tapioca boba we've found in the area. Reasonable prices for what you get and a friendly atmosphere.One critique is that the menu, which displays across two screens attached to the wall, scroll too quickly to easily determine what is available if you're not as familiar with their selection. They have a printout of their menu that you can refer to or visit their website in advance to see their selection.

I am so glad to have found this gem by our house! I came in with my husband on a rainy Sunday and staff was very welcoming and kind. We both ordered our favorite, Thai Milk Tea. I got honey boba that was delicious. My husband decided to branch out with oolong tea jelly and we both agreed it was pretty light in flavor and we wouldn't order it again. The tea itself was the best we have had in a while and I can't wait to come back and try the coconut milk tea!

I ordered a brown sugar boba and when I received it, it tasted like watered down milk. I politely asked for more brown sugar, but when I tried it again, it still tasted like watered down sweet milk. I asked the gentleman who made the boba for another adjustment, but he gave me a bad attitude, saying there was nothing he could do and getting very angry. The customer service was very poor.

This is a super busy, very cozy bubble tea spot. The tea IS SO GOOD. We ordered the rosehip milk tea and the pina colada slush, both with bubbles and they were incredibly delicious. The rosehip was a little on the sweet side but good. The pina coloda tasted like a genuine pina coloda. Even though they were really busy, the staff was very welcoming and quick. We'll be back!

Ordered with no ice. Made with ice as you can see the arrow pointing to.Why is it an option on the website to order no ice if you require drinks have ice? Cold triggers my migraines and I cannot have ice drinks. And then if I wait for it to melt it's gross and watered down. So, thanks for wasting my $7. Didn't even drink it.

I stopped by for a drink and was unsure of what to order. The man working at the front was very helpful and gave me a few suggestions, one of which I decided to try. He made me a delicious strawberry tea that I really enjoyed. The customer service was excellent. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5.

We ordered mocha bubble tea and guava punch with mango popping bubbles. Loved both of them. Guava one is very refreshing with mango popping bubbles adding cherry on top while Mocha is very soothing.

I ordered the matcha milk tea and it was the best matcha I have ever tasted. The flavor was incredibly rich and the boba was cooked perfectly. I highly recommend it!
