TL;DR: Restaurant smells gross, their payment system is finicky, the service is very average, and they don't have anything in stock that's worth drinking.My friend and I came here yesterday and had a horrible experience. This place has really gone down hill. It was great when I was a student here a few years ago, but I came back and the place is a mess. There were 4 employees who did not seem to not know what they were doing, 1 was dropping stuff in the kitchen, and 1 was on their phone, and 2 were talking to each other instead of making drinks behind the counter. I think the card machine was malfunctioning but some cards still went through. I was the only customer there and it took 20 minutes for my 1 drink. I asked for 30% ice and the drink had 3 ice cubes in it and looked off to me. I was too scared to try it; and went to Gong Cha instead. The bathroom also was in dirty and had no toilet paper.
If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would! I won't be returning to this location. After a long day, I just wanted to enjoy some bubble tea to cap off the night. When I walked in, I found a group of guys chatting at the register, completely ignoring me. I waited about five minutes without anyone acknowledging my presence, so I finally interrupted them to ask if I could place my order or if I needed to wait until they finished their conversation. It's really disappointing because I love Kung Fu Tea, but this location was a terrible experience!
I placed an online order and waited for the estimated time given in the app. When I arrived, not only had they not started my order, but they also didn’t even know I had placed it. The person at the register had to get his manager to track it down, only to inform me that they were out of both drinks I had ordered. This is the second time this has happened at a Kung Fu Tea location. I won’t be returning.

Please go anywhere else in College Park for bubble tea. Not sure what management has been doing but this place is NOT what it used to be 3-4 years ago. The place is disgusting and service is terrible. I don’t blame the workers at all, it’s absolutely an issue with whoever runs the place.
I tried coming here 2 times and both times they were closed at 7pm on the weekday even doe the website and door says 9pm for closing. Today the worker just looked at us through the door and gave us an I don 't know motion. Definitely not wasting my time with this place anymore.
We were ignored for about 10 minutes, and then someone who arrived behind us in line received service right away. There were also three other customers in the store without drinks, and they eventually walked out, likely because they were being overlooked as well.
Tea was too sweet, even though I asked for 50% sugar, and the bubbles were almost hard. Disappointing compared to other locations and other bubble tea places.Food: 2/5

Don’t bother wasting your money. Its dirty and the drinks are tasteless. I basically wasted $40.00 for someone to serve me iced milk.
