There is no such thing as too much hype when it comes to her, she is a queen. I keep pinching myself that we have a James Beard award winning chef right here in Eagan, and truly, the most beautiful restaurant South of the River hands down. A friend and I visited on a Wednesday evening around 8:15pm. We were seated right away. The restaurant was nice. I like the different designs throughout the restaurant. Our waiter Josh was very knowledgeable and explained the entire food and beverage menu well. We enjoyed the Caesar salad, tavern 20 pizza, and Korean chicken sandwich. All were delicious! The Caesar salad was very tasty, the soy egg was something I've never tried but very good. The tavern 20 pizza was delicious and cooked to perfection. The flavors complaint each other so well.
