the hotel is generally fine but it lacks many details to be a 4 stars. without plug on one side of the bed, the room phone didn't work, carpet floor, there was gel but not shampoo. We asked for an iron and we had to wait the next day because there was only one for the entire hotel. the pool is fine, maybe a little small but the worst thing is that there is no hotel vigilante so you find kids and not so kids sticking jumps, screams etc. the location is fine, near the cathedral but you have to keep in mind that it is in the highest area of burgos, so to go and come from the area of doves and churches, you have to climb and go down quite a few slopes or stairs, which makes it uncomfortable, apa...
Bien ubicado pero con mal acceso., hay escalerass, para llegar desde la calle. Podrían poner un ascensor para personas mayores de la calle a recepción Las habitaciones amplías y servicio de limpieza muy bueno. La piscina interior climatizada pero el agua fresquita, buena solo para nadar. Le faltab modernizar un poco las habitaciones. El personal creo que escaso a nivel de cafetería y servicio de comedor. En recepción les cuesta saludar sino lo haces tu

the hotel with an unbeatable location. only 300m is the cathedral, the main square, etc. the room is spacious and very comfortable beds. We have enjoyed the sauna and the heated pool, which is a advice to relax. very friendly and professional staff. if we return to burgos we will definitely stay there again.
