Michelin est tellement frustrant. Nous l'utilisons conjointement avec ce site et d'autres sites d'avis ainsi qu'avec des blogs et des magazines dans le but de dîner de manière enrichissante en voyage. Sur quelle planète cet endroit n'a-t-il pas d'étoiles ? Bien sûr, nous avons fait le menu des truffes pour avoir une vue biaisée, mais au cours de toutes nos années de dégustation de truffes, rien n'a touché aux plats simples mais parfaitement exécutés sur lesquels les généreuses portions de truffe noire peuvent briller de tout leur éclat. Je suis allée dans ce restaurant sur les conseils d'amis gourmands. Particulièrement désireux d'avoir le menu de truffes d'été. J'ai également passé la nuit et pris le petit-déjeuner, que je laisserai dans un commentaire séparé. La carte des vins était énorme avec une sélection très intéressante et ÉCRITE À LA MAIN. This was the best meal of our two weeks in the southern Rhône which revolved around fine food and wine. Please note that although they have truffle themed very expensive tasting menus we had an outstanding three course set menu of the day for 25 euros. The starter was a flan with asparagus sauce that was superb. It was followed by delicious veal stew and a wonderful almond torte. We went for the middle menu: 35€ 3 courses Classic French dishes very well made both for my partner (mainly fish and vegetable) and for me (foie gras and lamb saddle) Huge and very CHEAP wine list with a lot of ready to drink vintages.
