a reservation 1 week in advance for 10 1 person. I called 3 hours before the reservation time and asked if it would be in order if we were 12 people, and the only thing they could suggest were 2 tabs of 6, that they said they were \\\\\ one back to the other \ . little we knew that jt was pretty cramped and on high hocks. The food was good, the kids really enjoyed their meals. I ordered the litchi cocktail with a cheeseburger and fries, the cocktail was so good I absolutely loved it. The reason why I gave it 4 stars because the service was very slow but our waitress was very nice and apologetic. We made reservations as soon as we got there the hostess was rude, she did not greet us, she only said she had no more tables for the night, we just looked at her and told her we had reservations.
I guess eating is good, but they have no respect for their customers. they let us wait for 40 minutes for a table and after 40 minutes they said we had to wait 1 hour. they could have said from the beginning that they had not let us in. terrible. we were only 3 people and there were some empty tables we would have used. Were there on Saturday, food is incredible, chill ambiance, they found us a spot even though we didn't have a reservation, and the barwoman Kim was absolutely fantastic, super attentive, helpful and nice! 10 10 will be coming back soon!\\nPs: the imposteur burger and the cookie dessert are absolute bombs ?
eating is great, tastes amazing and cheap. the service could be much better and they lost points therefore.\n\n\n\ the hostesses at the entrance were very rude, ignored us and were grouchy. the waitress was good at her job, but could smile a little more with her client or act like she was happy at work.
Saturday evening, it was packed. But we had the sweetest waitress ever. She came by many times and would ask if we're alright, making sure that we know our food would arrive. Just that is worth 5 stars. One of the best waitresses I've seen in a long time. Good burgers. Glutenfree options.
On y est allé hier soir. L'attente ne fut vraiment pas longue. On a eu une belle banquette. Le serveur était un WOW total. Un vrai serveur, souriant, diplomate, poli et présent.
