After a busy spring break and a weekend getaway with the kids, I decided to treat myself, even though I probably shouldn't have! Upon entering, I was warmly welcomed and received a little bonus with my order, which I suspect the owner gave me just because they thought I deserved it. It's these small gestures that make a big difference in customer service! I’ll definitely be back when my kids are craving their hot dogs and fries. Thank you so much from a hardworking single mom!
The restaurant completely missed my request to have the sauce on the side, and when my submarine sandwich arrived, it was drenched in sauce everywhere. The chicken was dry and honestly unappetizing. To make matters worse, they forgot our large fries, but honestly, I'm glad they did at this point. Overall, it was a total disaster. I would not recommend ordering from this place.
