Eating here was one of the most unique dining experiences I have ever had.First of all, the food is really amazing. It took a hot minute to get to the table but it tasted great.The unique factor was in everything else about the place.Strangely, the menu had no prices. And no set dishes. On one side was a list of different meats and on the other was a list of different entrées.It took me a while to realize: First you choose your meat, then the item you want it served in/on. This menu was endlessly customizable. And confusing.When we asked for water, the waitress pointed to 3 huge cauldrons of juice on a folding table at the back of the room and said that was what they had to drink.So we scoop...
If you want authentic hispanic food this is the place to go. This restaurant is so welcoming, clean and with delicious food! Also includes self serve salsa bar aguas frescas. Also the prices are very reasonable 3.50 for a taco with handmade tortillas! Thats an excellent price in my opinion compared to your local fast food. I always grab lunch here and everytime my food is ready to go. Excelente restaurante con auténtico sabor chapin! Food was mediocre. Piping hot when it came out. Quesadillas were bland. Not a big selection of food nor drinks to choose from. No prices on the menu. Waitress was nice and knowledgeable of the menu. This was our 1st time. We won't go back. Just not our cup of tea Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
