La Boite à Malt Microbrasserie Resto Pub

During our visit from Ontario, I went with my parents, my wife, and our three kids aged 9 to 13. The exceptional service began with the hostess who seated us. When I inquired about an English menu, she informed us that they didn’t have one since it was a new menu. Despite her limited English, she carefully went through each item and did her best to explain everything, which was wonderful. Our waitress was also fantastic, and we really enjoyed the food and beer. What really stood out was the incredible customer service and the efforts they made to ensure we had a great experience. It’s not something you come across very often these days.

While staying at the Days Inn next door, we decided to try out this microbrewery, which turned out to be an excellent choice. They offer a wide variety of intriguing beers and a solid, if modest, menu. I enjoyed a delicious burger and couldn’t get enough of the wonderful fries. I did have to ask for scissors, though, because I struggled to open the Hellman's mayonnaise packets—apparently, I wasn't the only one with that issue. My wife's pizza also looked and tasted fantastic. We're planning to return tonight, which is a rarity for us as we typically don’t visit the same place twice.

This microbrewery offers a selection of craft beers paired with gastro pub cuisine. From the moment I spotted a rack of hot sauces, I knew I was in for a treat. I started with the fried calamari, which boasted a delicious batter and dip. Next, I enjoyed the fish and chips, featuring a wonderfully crispy coating. They also offer an upgrade to poutine for the fries, which is a fantastic option. The staff, particularly William, was exceptional and kept busy in this lively venue. The patio looked like a great spot to hang out as well. I would definitely return!

Our hostess and particularly our wonderful server were incredibly warm and accommodating. They provided us with an English menu to simplify our ordering experience and communicated with us in English without making us feel guilty for not speaking French. The beer selection was extensive, and there was also a great variety of cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks available. Our burgers were fantastic—absolutely delicious! The atmosphere was lively and cheerful. We would gladly return. Réservez une table maintenant

Nice restaurant, we started off with the charcuterie board which was perfect for our family of four. The beer was nice and the family generally enjoyed their orders. I had the fish and chips which I would give an 8 out of 10.

Fantastic food, amazing beer, great service. I would highly recommend the pulled pork sandwich and pair it with the flight of four beers. I asked for a random selection for the flights and loved every one.

Excellent service and a fantastic selection of beers. The food is good, although the prices are a bit steep for a pub located in a strip mall.

Nice place overall. Never been there at busy hours, but for a relax beer at night it did it a few times for me.
