While staying at the Ibis - just along the road, my husband and I ate here. Our French is basic but there was one member of staff who spoke enough English for us to be understood and an English version menu was produced. Just to keep things simple we both had a 'fondant burger' (cheese) After ordering, a bottle of water was placed on the table - no glasses. Have to say that when it arrived it looked impressive, two hand made burgers in a sesame bun with cheese and salad inside and chips. However, it was quite tasteless there had been little or no seasoning added and it seemed to be just meat, there was nothing to bind it together ( I work with food so know that some onion and a little egg wo...
We, as a family of 4, ate at this restaurant during a weekend stay at Ibis Sallanches. It was a 2 minute walk to get there, so no worries with overdoing the wine and driving back to the hotel.....My wife & I shared the Cote de Beef - Goodness me, what a lot of meat for your money.........Overall, if you like meat, you wont go far wrong with this restaurant - Great service as well.
Nous avons mangé ici lors d'une escale d'une nuit en route vers l'Italie. Le personnel était sympathique et serviable malgré nos tentatives maladroites de parler français, le steak était délicieux. La décoration était un peu étrange et l'odeur était un peu étrange. Cependant, nous avons tous fini nos assiettes et sommes partis avec le sourire!
Have a nice and great dinner with my friends from Ireland, meat lovers....I recomand ,, Cote de boef" and of course the ,, magnifique panacher du boucher".....in the rest, nice ambiance and good service, maibe to good for that quick resto, but A for service and meal, B for ambiance..... Bravo!

J'ai visité cet endroit car il était proche de mon hôtel, mais ce fut une mauvaise expérience : la nourriture est médiocre, sans saveur et grasse. La qualité de la nourriture est très mauvaise et le personnel ne parle pas anglais.
J'ai mangé là-bas hier. La nourriture était correcte et pas chère. Le personnel est sympa et vous traite bien. Je recommande.
Good steak and a fair amount of choice - English wasn't widely spoken but that's more my fault for not speaking much French!
