I had the absolute worst customer service experience at this restaurant. I typically don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to share what happened to me as a customer. The staff clearly lacks respect for their patrons. When I inquired about missing items from my order at pickup, the cashier responded with anger and told me to leave without resolving the issue. The negative attitude and anger displayed by the cashier were unacceptable. I felt my time was wasted here, and I sincerely hope that this establishment learns to treat its customers with more respect in the future. Best of luck to future diners!
This is the third time I've ordered a family meal in the last two months, and each time, I've been impressed by the quality of the food. They always have my order ready within a reasonable timeframe. They've really become my go-to spot for when my busy schedule leaves me little time to cook. The food is delicious, the portions are generous, and the prices are very affordable. I hope they never need to raise their prices, as they currently fit perfectly within my budget. Overall, it's an excellent choice for a family meal.
I have sampled more than 15 chicken establishments in Virginia, and I must say that this particular one stands out as the worst. The quality of their food is abysmal, and what's worse is that it is significantly pricier compared to the other places. The exorbitant price does not align with the subpar quality of the food served at this establishment.
Just purchased over 50$ of food and the owner wouldn’t even give an extra container to split up the food. Was blatantly told to go to another store to buy utensils and plates. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. Think twice before coming here. They could care less about the customer! They only care about your there bottom line

I really love this restaurant, but lately, they haven't been cooking the chicken properly. I've mentioned it to them three times and politely pointed out that the chicken is still pink inside. I prefer it to be well done.
I called to place an order for pick up and the lady was very rude claiming she was the only one working there. Why have a business if you can't handle it? Needless to say I took my business elsewhere
Horrible service!!! I waited an hour for my food and when I did get it food was wrong. Also be careful they charged me twice for my food and didnt want to refund.
