Cela fait des années que je viens ici et j'ai constaté une descente régulière. La nourriture est moyenne au mieux (bien que pas actuellement au niveau qu'elle était il y a quelques années) et l'accueil est inversement proportionnel au nombre de convives dans l'endroit. Même... lorsque ce n'est pas occupé, on a l'impression que les clients sont un peu une nuisance. C'est vraiment le problème car le cadre (à côté du lac et de la forêt) est magnifique et il devrait avoir tout pour plaire mais malheureusement, il est gâché par le propriétaire extraordinairement morose.
We were looking forward to a nice drink with the family after the rope climbing. When we started to have a drink, we approached the owner and said we couldn't sit down because he didn't work without reservation. His...words were exact, it's not a mcdo here that he said in French when repeated in English for us. Much to do! It was very obvious that the kids give this guy the creeps, the roller coaster when you see that he started a restaurant next to a lake and an adventure park! So thank you La Cahute. We take our business elsewhere! Party of 20 from Belgium.
Been coming here for years and have watched it go steadily downhill. Food is average at best (although not currently at the standard that it was a few years ago) and the welcome is inversely proportionate to the number of diners in the place. Even when not busy, one gets the impression that customers are a bit of a nuisance. This really is the problem because the setting (next to the lake and the forest) is beautiful and it should have everything going for it but sadly, it is let down by the extraordinarily miserable owner.
La nourriture était clairement en dessous de la moyenne avec un steak gras et du poulet très sec. Le service était mitigé avec une dame polie et un homme très impoli. L'insulte ultime a été de facturer les repas adultes lorsque nous avons commandé des repas pour enfants, de sorte que la nourriture pour enfants...à 12€ pour 2 a fini par coûter 40€. Très décevant, je ne peux pas recommander. Réservez une table maintenant
Service très désagréable, le serveur barman le plus âgé de toute l'équipe était très arrogant, directement tiré du livre de Stephen Clarke, serveuse peu sympathique, très faible niveau de compétences en matière de service client, comme la nourriture. Les étrangers ne sont pas les bienvenus. Je ne recommande pas!!!!
Super nice and friendly staff...we arrived early (7pm) for dinner and the staff were finishing theirs, but they graciously made us welcome and got us a drink. The food was delicious! I had snails really nice! We think mostly local people were eating here... no surprise excellent all round experience!
