we ate on the place and the menu said there was a euro fee for eating there. However, the euro fees were collected on each individual article that was served. after adding the euro fees for each product they also. the usual service fees on top of all that. they served very small fried garnel and loaded euro. we should have known better when we were the only people in the place who had ordered food. all the others just drank and their drinks were reasonable. good for drinks only no eating or they pay like crazy.
a night with friends. what a beautiful room with views of the square. convenient to foot everywhere. right next to the cathedrale in the old town. they must park in front of the opposite, but easy to find parking. they can pick up their cases directly in front of the hotel. clean, modern and very comfortable. the breakfast was included and was a continental breakfast served. very fresh and beautiful. the personal was also very professional. highly recommended.
walking through the mushroom weapon square, in the old part, we found a wonderful terrace that invited to sit for a while. unbeatable views of the fire, hendaya and the Cantabrian sea opened our appetite. We take some pizzas from a fine dough and several ingredients (from traditional mushrooms to pineapple or gaucho sauce and a salty cream of the breton type that was awesome. in summary, good food and good atmosphere.
everything was closed so that it could either go hungry to bed or try the restaurant in the hotel san nicolas. it is a small place, but it was not easy to get some attention from the waiter. but finally we have the last table. The homemade...croquettes were great as starters. our main dishes were not so great. but all in all it was an acceptable evening meal.

An excellent place to sit out and enjoy a drink accompanied by a decent range of pintxos/tapas. There are more filling dishes available too, notably mussels served in a wide variety of different sauces. Service is friendly and speedy.
Been here with a group of friends while on vacation, everyone enjoyed the food and hospitality. We had a great time!
