Object : Complaint regarding inappropriate server behavior Dear Restaurant Manager, I would like to write to you to express my deep dissatisfaction following an incident which occurred during my visit to your establishment. I witnessed inappropriate and inappropriate behavior from one of your servers. While we were having dinner, this waiter came and interfered in our conversation without being invited. Instead of focusing on his work and providing us with quality service, he started to tell us about his Naruto tattoos on his legs, and worse, he talked about his drug use, among other things. Total disappointment, it's not a restaurant but rather a canteen. A minimum of training for the servers to begin with would not be a luxury, because even at the campsite we do not speak informally to customers. We were never offered the menu or even told that there was anything other than pizza to eat and we had to ask the waiter for bread 3 times before being served. The chili oil for the pizzas was moldy but they still put it in its place. Regarding the pizza, I'm not sure if it's homemade apart from the topping that was placed on it.
Cold restaurant not very welcoming service blah blah homemade lasagna 20 francs more than sufficient quantities especially that between the béchamel and the quantity of pasta you will choke but you will not choke with the lack of ground meat which is almost non-existent. Not the first time I come out of this canteen super disappointed, I won't go back.
Really disappointed.... it's not a restaurant but rather a joke. Frozen cooking therefore poorly done industry. We should never serve this to people as a restaurant. The servers are barely trained. Moldy chili oil announced and the waiters put it back on another table. In short, don't go there and go elsewhere. Réservez une table maintenant
