We visited the Beaumont area and decided to explore some local restaurants. We noticed a lot of people entering La Casita, so we decided to give it a try. We went there for lunch on a Tuesday and enjoyed a special deal of two dollars off their margaritas, which I couldn't resist! My partner ordered the Asada burrito while I opted for the trio fajitas with shrimp, chicken, and Asada. Everything was delicious and made fresh. I particularly loved the shrimp and chicken in the fajitas—they were packed with flavor. I found the Asada to be a bit lackluster, so I’d likely stick to the shrimp or chicken next time. The food was delectable very fresh and plentiful. The service was amazing. The entire staff worked well together to enhance our dining experience. They were all professional and very personable. We enjoyed our server immensely. She had a great personality and was fun!!! I apologize that I don't remember her name. But ... she was wonderful. The ambiance provided an original Mexican Restaurant flavor. I enthusiastically recommend this wonderful restaurant. You won't be sorry.
Here's an updated review of La Casita. In my previous review, I was still getting acquainted with the options in the Pass Area. After sampling nearly every Mexican restaurant around, I can confidently say that La Casita stands out as the best. The fajitas are exceptional and served in generous portions. They're served sizzling hot, accompanied by a variety of sides. I usually opt for the Yucatán style and love to drizzle them with lemon. The service is fantastic as well!
I came in last week on my lunch. The waitress was very polite and quick. The restaurant was nice and air conditioned. I ordered a beer and Carne Asada Nachos. I used to come in when I worked right next door. The beer was sooo cold and the goblet was ice cold, it was so freaking refreshing. The nachos were so filling and I didn't think I would be full. This hit the spot, I told myself I need to come back and order a wet burrito next time.
My husband and I moved to Beaumont a while back amd discovered LA Casita while looking for good Mexican food. This is now a regular restaurant that we visit and we enjoy the food. The staff is ways kind and attentive and Robin Shainberg during the busy hours, and even then they try to seat you as quickly as possible. If you are looking for a good Mexican restaurant then I would recommend trying LA Casita.
The restaurant and food were excellent and genuinely authentic, though a bit on the expensive side; otherwise, I would have rated it 5 stars. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Avocado Salad, while my wife had the fish tacos, both of which were very tasty. The margarita was a bit steep at $11. However, both the service and the food were commendable.
Was passing through Banning coming from Palm Springs and found this gem on Yelp! Excellent service. The food was great. Salsa was authentic and delicious along with the chips. Portions are nice. Prices are good. Margaritas were on point. Definitely will be back. This place gets busy. Lots of regulars.
Service and food They weren'tbusy at all when my husbandand I went there. It took about 15 minutes to get waited on , and what seemed like forever to get our food! We will not return to this one; however, we love the La Casita in Beaumont is fantastic and we go there often!
