Restaurant discovered by chance while visiting the citadel of Brouage. Very very nice discovery. We spent a pleasant time on the terrace as if we were in the garden. No doubt about fresh seasonal produce (tomatoes and garden salad, etc. . We enjoyed the stuffed Charentais and the grilled sardines but we could cite the entire menu. Excellent meal. We were delighted with the meal. Great menu at €26, copious and truly excellent from starter to dessert. Stuffed Charentais as a starter, grilled sardines with potatoes and parsley as a main course, and a good crème brûlée for dessert. Thank you again and see you soon! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

Warm welcome, guinguette atmosphere. Good advice, generous portions, excellent fried smelt as an aperitif, prawns flambéed with top whisky, sardines with parsley, very hearty rum baba, succulent raspberry tiramisu. THANKS! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
