Das Weinsortiment ist sensationell und wird wohl zu Recht als eines der besten in Süddeutschland gehandelt. Diese vinologische Vorlage weckt beim Gast große Erwartungen auf die Küche. Bei der Lektüre der Karte stoßen wir auf Nichtalltägliches und Bekanntes. Kutteln bekommt man heute selten und noch weniger häufig so süffig und mit köstlicher Tomaten-Kräuter-Note. Wer sie liebt, der isst sie, wann immer er sie bekommen kann. Ein Blick in die Runde offenbart, dass auch andere Gäste dieses Angebot guttieren. Auf unserer Reise nach Prag haben wir in Ansbach ein Gastronomen-Ehepaar kennengelernt, das beweist, dass Qualität und Lockerheit einander nicht ausschließen. Hier wird eine Weinauswahl aufgelegt, die ihresgleichen nicht so leicht findet. Dabei ausgesprochen anständig kalkuliert. Alleine das „Servicegeld“ in Höhe von nur € 9,00, das für am Tisch servierte Flaschenweine aus der Vinothek verlangt wird, ist ein „Geschenk“. Hier kann man auch große Weine trinken, ohne dass der Geldbeutel restlich geleert wird. Wie wir gelernt haben, wechselt hier die Speisekarte alle 4-5 Wochen komplett. a round thing should be, why we chose this restaurant. after a long time we were again in the la corona. the kitchen is still moving to monthly changing world kitchens, this year: hostile, which repeat in the course of the years. the menu poetry is very ambitious, in expectation of the highlights offered the kitchen but rather average. Maybe you want too much, it's not so easy to bring x different world kitchens under one hat. the young service power was attentive and friendly. respect, the exorbitant wine selection is unusual for the regional environment. a very pleasant address!
in the week of the baches we were back in the la corona. Despite the huge and arranged kitchen and service can withstand the demand and charm. Even if it took a little longer because of the trubels, we felt very, very comfortable and first-class ate and drank. la corona is an institution in ansbach that we never want to miss! thanks for everything! Herzlichen Dank fuer 4 wunderbare Abende zur Ansbacher Bachwoche 2017. Wieder zu Hause denken wir immer noch gerne an den ausgezeichneten schottischen Lachs und das herrlich zarte Iberico. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir werden allen unseren Freunden in Deutschland von diesem tollen Restaurant berichten.
