"After seeing the two reviews, I thought “we should try it” but certainly on the day we visited, it didn’t seem much to know about gluten-free dishes. I ended up eating with egg and chips for lunch, which was good, but I felt a little jealous for the rest of my groups eating."

Your menu mentions an allergen list, but they couldn't find it. The server knew whether the objects had gluten or not, and only a few things did (the croquettes, chicarones.) We had the Canarian potatoes, mixed salad, cheese palmmeero and pig especial de la cuadra. Make sure you have celiac and need everything to be gluten-free.

eating was so good. not a tonne change over the menu, but almost the entire menu was gluten-free beside some items. the personal was very knowledgeable about the menu and which items were and were not safe. we have ordered almost inadvertently and articles containing gluten (chicharrons) and our server has actually corrected us. in addition, they have a separate frittier. I would still be clear with servers that they have zöliakie and confirm the required accommodations only to cover all their bases. I'm sure they'll notice they're helpful.
