You arrive and are ushered to the lively basement bar where you’ll wait an additional minutes to be seated. The DJ is talented but, b/c they don’t check vax records and the crowd is mostly unmasked, safety is questionable. The food is very good. We ordered the coctel mixto (seafood cocktail) as an appetizer along with the citrus salad (whose salad greens were “rocky”/poorly washed). We split some steak tacos that were exceptionally delicious and had the chicken mole that was among our most favorite EVER (and we’ve been to Mexico City). Long/short, the place was a cool experience, the food very good and the service understandably subpar considering we’re still in a pandemic and labor is tough...
We received many recommendations for this restaurant and decided to make a reservation for a table of 8 on Saturday eve. We arrived on time but had to wait for an hour as the restaurant had forgotten to keep the table reserved for us. Instead of apologizing, they blamed us for the mistake. The service was terrible and the heat inside the restaurant was unbearable due to the overcrowded seating. Despite all of this, the food was good. We believe that if we had received our table on time, we would have had a great evening there.
I lost my credit card yesterday and unfortunately I got no help from the restaurant. The guy that talk with me on the phone didn’t want to help and was really mean when I came back today. I not from USA and I felt really lost , the credit card was all that I had here. Maybe here I am just a stupid tourist for you , but be sure that I am not going to recommend your restaurant to my friends in Israel . Kindness is for free and I don’t see any reason not to be kind for people especially if they are paying customers
La nourriture et l'atmosphère étaient super! Il y avait une dame à la réception qui m'a crié pour avoir fait la "mauvaise manière" et a dit que tout le monde devait aller dans l'autre sens, ce qui allait bien. Mais tout au long de la nuit, j'ai vu que les gens vont avoir la même façon exacte que j'ai essayé d'aller et elle ne dit rien. Autre que cela était super

La Esquina est l'un de mes endroits préférés. La nourriture est géniale, j'aime leur soupe à la tortilla! Je suggère toujours ce restaurant dans mes cinq premiers à mes amis et aux invités
They couldn’t find our reservation at first. And then didn’t seat us for about half an hour. Service was good. Drinks were great
SUCH a cute location and vibe. It's the perfect place to go for a fun night out. Great margaritas too
