I was here 5 years ago for mothers birthday. Then returned in August for dinner and the food was not up to par ! Everything we ordered was just not the same... the waiter was great..atmosphere was fine but the food was so..so.. The Italian food is excellent! The service was just as excellent and the atmosphere was good, definitely worth trying, This is a family style restaurant and the regular entrees can be prepared for a single person. People rave about this place. To me the food was not the best. I had fish and the baked clams. ALL over cooked. The fish was not cooked well, it had no taste. The stuffed clams were too dry to eat. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

We had difficulty ordering a vegan dish for someone in our party, and the person in our party felt embarrassing. We had previously been in this restaurant with the same party, and the restaurant was even more pleasant during this visit. The food was excellent.

eating was amazing! specialties delicious. the barmaid annalise was brilliant our drinks were lovely. the manager went beyond and beyond, he even called his wife to ask for a recipe I asked about. a true Jewel of a place. we will be coming back soon
