The foods okit’s McDonald’s, what do you expect? lol. What I will say is that it’s nearly impossible to dine in here since they renovated the place a few years ago! The chairs are like children’s chairs and very uncomfortable! It also seems like anytime I order through the drive through,they mess up my order! One time they told me to park in spot 1 to wait for my Drive Through order. There was someone already in spot 1, so I parked to the spot next to it. I kid you not we wait for a good 15 minutes. The lady in spot one gets 4 bags of food in that 15 minutes, I go in to complain that I’ve been waiting for 15 mins and they tell me they gave my order to the lady next to me!
My fries were old and there were no straws provided. The Big Mac was also much smaller than expected and they charged extra for beef when there was none. The location in Puerto Rico was much better as the meat matched the bun and was thicker than the one here. Additionally, the staff always had a friendly smile there, unlike here. The service for takeout dinner was average, with a rating of 3. The price per person ranged from $20-30. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 3.
I ordered a crispy mc chicken with extra butter and they didnt give me a bun, i ordered off grub hub so i couldnt check at the time, i call afterwards and tell them you forgot the bun to my crispy mc chicken and she says never call this number back again and i call it again she says shes giving my numbert to the police. terrible service and terrible food.
