Both waitresses, the older lady with black hair and the younger lady with good hair, stated they could not put up the Sun shade because their manager would not allow them to. All we wanted to do was see our vehicle from the middle seats we were sat in for a party of 7. It’s been a very long time since we’ve been to La Fiesta and after last nights dinner we’ll never go there again. Besides the fact that they didn’t have our food ready for about 30 minutes later than told, one of the meals was wrong, the meat was burnt and dry and the chili relleno tasted like chlorine. When I called to speak to a manager they said they do not have a manager. When I asked about calling the following morning to speak to a manager I was again told that they do not have a manager right now. A restaurant without any managers? Guess that’s why they’ve gone downhill and their quality of food is not good anymore.
First time visiting and the service was horrible. Waitress don’t know what they are doing, they don’t know how to serve people! Every time we would ask to something they’d take 10min or they would have attitude just very rude in general. Wouldn’t recommend food doesn’t even have flavor. WORST RESTAURANT EVER in Visalia.

It terrible but it wasn’t good either. The staff was friendly enough but the restaurant itself has a very strange disjointed vibe and looks like it needs a good deep clean. The food didn’t have very much flavor and things like guacamole looked more like salsa Verde.
Good food and service. Got cold due to air conditioning. With a large group and the way they set up the table I couldn't move to a place where the A/C wasn't blowing on me. Most everyone complained about being cold.
Tried the seafood platter for the first time and if was pretty good. The spicy side was most definitely spicy so make sure you can handle that if you order it that way. Overall I enjoyed it. Service was good :
At La Fiesta Restaurant Bar, I tried a combo plate featuring two Mexican-style enchiladas, and they were absolutely delicious! The menu offers a great selection that truly captures authentic flavors.
