A truly very pleasant experience, impeccable service, impeccable cuisine, everything perfect! Just one suggestion... the parking lot should be protected from the sun, since after being at an excellent temperature in the premises... when you get out and get into your car... it is over 40 degrees, due to not having any type of vehicle protection. It 's not nice to get into your car at that temperature after a great meal, it 's for me, like... everything is perfect and fail at the coffee Anyway... it 's just constructive criticism. A wonderful place that combines tradition with new times and that is reflected both in the farm itself and in the kitchen. Dishes full of flavor, from the first to the last, will not leave you indifferent. The only drawback I could comment on is that in the middle of our menu a table of quite a few diners sat down in what seemed like a private event and that slowed down our wait quite a bit between the dishes and the quality of the service. But as I said, we were left with how good the flavor of each bite was.
