Very disappointing, won’t be visiting again. Firstly, rude arrogant cocky waiter, secondly overpriced £13) salad, it was basically a plate of lettuce but was supposed to be a thinly sliced beef salad there were 4 little bits of wafer thin beef, with no dressing, I asked for some balsamic vinegar and the cocky waiter tried to give me some Sarsons malt vinegar, there was no bread with it a complete rip off. I asked the waiter if he was the boss, surprise surprise he said no, of course if he was the boss he wouldn’t have offered such a terrible experience. Avoid, much better options on Gloucester Road.
I visited my sister and her friends in bristol and she brought me into a beautiful Italian restaurant called la fiorentina. I did not expect this to be a real traditional Italian taste. a beautiful restaurant, with good eating and amazing service and atmosphere. I hope to go back there soon, I visit the country. the lasagna with garlic bread was yummy and so good.
If I could, I would've given a 3.5 stars... the staff couldn't be nicer but the food was just nice but nothing outstanding. The salad was slightly dry (season wise and had the hardest avocado I've ever tried. Pasta was delicious but pizzas were ok. Good thing, there are 2 pizza sizes (12 and 14 . Another good thing, there is an outdoors space
The staff at this restaurant is wonderful and very friendly. Despite the kitchen being closed, the owner kindly allowed us to order food. This act of kindness was truly appreciated. The food was delicious and we also enjoyed the beautiful decorations and music. Thank you very much.

I revisited the restaurant in April 2021 and was pleased to see that they now have a covered terrace and COVID measures in place. The four cheese pizza was fantastic, and the calamari was also excellent. Additionally, the wine and coffee were of high quality.

The restaurant has a fantastic location and generous portion sizes, but the food was mediocre. The dough and marinara sauce seemed like they were bought from a store. This place is better suited for families rather than food enthusiasts.
I went with my daughter and grandchildren on the off-candidates and so glad that we did amazing food and portion-sized. the staff was very polite and helpful the eating was fresh and very tasty we will definitely go back.

Such a lovely place to eat and our pizzas were handmade and cooked in a pizza oven! Best pizza I’ve had in a while, will definitely going back. Mine was just a tad too oily but it wasn’t a problem for me.
Lunch meal: starter (bruschettas) and main (spaghetti di mare), good size portions and presentation. prices are a bit high for what the restaurant offers considering overall.
