I had the caprese salad and a salmon tagliatelle with a curry sauce. the two were very...nice although the staff was very friendly, it took quite a long time to serve and I had to go after my bills because no one showed up on the terrace. Nevertheless, this restaurant offers a very nice meal for a very acceptable price.
I have known the owners for 25 years and in all the time the warmth and quality of the food has not changed - simply class! we stayed four days in coarse-umstadt and ate here twice. they serve authentic and well Italian eating. a funny dish they serve is pasta with Parmesan cheese, where they put them hot pasta on a whole Parmesan cheese and create a...cheese sause and they do in the restaurant next to their table!
