While passing through on vacation we decided to book in a restaurant in the village to enjoy the setting. And we came across this charming restaurant in a very pleasant setting, with a view of the mountains and stone walls. The service was perfect, very dynamic and professional waiter, very pleasant and with a touch of humor. The cuisine was very high quality and the kitchen team knew how to convey their passion in their dishes. I highly recommend ! Nous avons fait un court arrêt ici lors de notre voyage à travers la France pour explorer les Gorges du Tarn. Non seulement la région est magnifique, mais cette auberge est également un véritable bijou et est définitivement à recommander. Toute la maison est joliment et goûtue rénovée et décorée, les chambres sont propres et bien équipées, et la nourriture, tant au petit-déjeuner qu'au dîner, est délicieuse. Et enfin, les propriétaires sont extrêmement chaleureux dans leurs interactions avec les clients et se font un plaisir de donner d'excellents conseils pour explorer la région. Fortement recommandé !
But what a joy to return to this place. Atypical both in terms of the decoration and the owners who are simple and blessed with a very pleasant and entertaining sense of humor (while remaining discreet). The tables are well spaced. The different dishes and appetizers are just....very, very good. The products are fresh, well presented, very interesting in taste. The smile is always present which makes the moment relaxed. I can only recommend this place, which also has a very reasonable value for money.

While wandering around on a motorbike, we came across this restaurant almost by chance while looking for somewhere to have dinner on a Friday evening in the Tarn gorges. We were extremely well received by the owners despite the late hour and the meal was a very nice surprise, from starter to dessert. I highly recommend this table
