Would NEVER order from La Locanda again... EVER! Placed an rather large catering order on Thursday for a party (25 adults and 8 kids) on Saturday. Was promised delivery by 11:45 am for our 12:00 party. Called at 12:10 and was told the delivery was on theyway... just a minute away. After 3 more phone calls the food was FINALLY delivered at 12:40. No salad dressing for the salad,pizzas were not cut right. We called back to ask how they would make this right and the manager was EXTREMELY rude and then hungup on us. Just unacceptable. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!
La Locanda To Go is way too expensive for a cheesesteak that's mediocre at best, and to make matters worse, I didn’t even get what I ordered. I understand it’s located in the Main Line, but a cheesesteak at the Link or the Bank is cheaper.
I ordered seven items for delivery that came to about fifty dollars. After waiting for an hour, I called to check on my order and was told that the food was on its way and should arrive shortly.
I dropped in for a quick solo lunch, looking for something more fulfilling than fast food, but unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed. The specials board highlighted the ribeye...

There are plenty of pizza and sub shops along the West Chester Turnpike, as you would expect in Philadelphia. La Locanda stands out as one of the best options!
Unfortunately, it doesn't match the quality of the wonderful restaurant. It’s a good concept, but something has definitely gone downhill.
Dinner for 2 was delicious. Chicken Parm and Chicken Marsala. Packaged great for car transport. We will return for a takeout! Thx
Under new management. The food was better before, but the place is clean and the slices are decent.
