I tried everything at this place, but my experience started off on the wrong foot. As soon as I went to the bathroom, I discovered there was no hand soap available at all. I asked the staff if they had any soap for the bathroom, and one person couldn’t even provide a clear answer. This is a grocery store, and I can’t help but think about the workers using the restroom before preparing your food without proper handwashing. It's just gross.
Cheese cake ice cream was ok, had lot of ice Chrystals in it, lime drink was bitter,Popsicles tasted wierd, but my main concern was that one employee wast wearing mask or gloves.El helado de cheese cake estaba ok tenia pedasos de hielo, las paletas sabian raro, el agua de limon estaba amarga pero mi preocupacion es que un empleado no usan guantes ni mascarilla.
This ice cream is the freshest and most delicious you'll find anywhere. The flavors are surprisingly unique and tasty, giving you a delightful yogurt-fruity experience. If you haven't tried it yet, you're definitely missing out! Some places can be inconsistent with their flavors, so be sure to choose wisely.
I spent $50 on my order and received fruit with yogurt, but the mangoes tasted really bad—bitter and sour. I think they might have been spoiled. I tried to reach out, but there's no phone number available. I'm definitely going to stop by tomorrow to address this issue! Réservez une table maintenant
Los aguas de fruta had a bad after taste like it was expired. Didn’t realize it till I got a second opinion. Along with the ice cream. Seems like old ice cream/drinks aren’t thrown out in time. This location puts its customers at risk if this continues.
Lady said she already cleaned all the machines so she refused to make me a green juice I got around 830 she didn't close til 10 . Next time I drive to Irving Park.
Terrible, i worked here for 3 years and got new owners and they stopped paying good and they made us serve expired food, pésimo servicio no vayan aquí!
Paletas are really good. Better than the other shops in the area. A bit pricey though. Réservez une table maintenant
