"Excellent service but the worst Crab cake I've ever had. Was told by the host they use lime in their recipe? It was so bitter I couldn't taste the Crab. Not going back. It was about 7:30 pm on a Saturday night and was mostly empty. Now I know why."

This place is a fabulous new addition to Media! I went with friends a few nights ago as we were WOWed from the beginning to the end. We split several appetizers, including the Caprese, Calamari, Scallops, Arancini, and the meat and cheese board. All were delicious and beautiful presented, in perfect portions for sharing. We also ordered several different entrees to share, including ravioli, gnocchi, tortellini, filled chicken breast and fillet. The gnocchi in the Pesto-Creme sauce had to be my favorite! We have been on the search for a place to hold our daughters Communion dinner this coming April. We visited and chatted with several other restaurants in the area in the hopes to find the perfect place. Our final stop was la Padella. As soon as we walked in we knew we were in for a treat. The service was great and the food was outstanding. I can't get the scallops off my mind. I'm looking forward to holding our party in April at la Padella and letting our family and friends enjoy the atmosphere and food as much as we did.
My husband I gave for dinner on Saturday night. My husband had fillet lace shrimps, I had pig fillet. Our meals were both delicious. Portions were big, would probably have fed another person. We shared a caprese salad that was more than enough for two. If you see these entrees in the menu, do not hesitate to order them, you will not be disappointed!
The atmosphere and service were amazing! The food was phenomenal! You have to get the mussels and the gnocchi and the bronzino. Likely the best bronzino that I've ever had. All of the pasta is homemade. The gnocchi and ravioli were light and fluffy. I am just counting down until my next visit to media!
