The staff knows about cross-contamination. Fries have their own frit and GF burgers are made separate from normal. There is no dedicated menu, but an allergens that can be made gluten-free by the burgers/salades, make sure you are celiac and need a GF meal. The food is very good and tasty and the prices are reasonable.
