very negative opinions (many) are about the winter period. we came in the summer, which allows us to enjoy the tables on the edge of the tank. Several menus and formulas are offered: we chose the "Carentian menu" at 21,5 euros and we enjoyed it very much: good muclade, seiches and potatoes jumped in excellent parsillad, good dessert (lost bread with ice) but the pie did not seem to be made home. The red wine with pichet was mediocre and expensive for the Charentese vdp. The road that passes in front of the terrace is not crowded.
Nous sommes passés en vélo et nous n'avons pas pu résister à nous arrêter, assis à la table sous l'arbre et avons attendu, c'était en journée et l'endroit était animé. Après 20 minutes, la serveuse nous a dit qu'ils ne servaient pas parmi les arbres ! inutile de dire que nous sommes partis... Je ne peux pas commenter sur la nourriture, mais elle avait l'air appétissante.
