Terrible Experience Rude and Disrespectful ManagerToday, September the 2nd 2023, I had the unfortunate experience of visiting La Piñata Bakery, 4708 Touhy Avenue, on Lincolnwood, and I must say it was the worst bakery I have ever encountered in Chicagoland. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this place lacked any sense of customer service or basic decency.First and foremost, the manager's behavior was absolutely appalling. Not only was he rude, but he also displayed a complete lack of respect towards customers. It's as if he had forgotten that we were the ones keeping his business afloat. I love this bakery. I stop in a couple times a week because I crave the conchas! They’re so pillowy and soft. They also make a great matcha latte, actually has a good kick of matcha flavor. Everything I’ve tried, from the empanadas to the butter cookies, has been delicious. Nothing is ever dried out, always fresh and soft! And the young lady who always helps me at the counter is very nice. :

I ordered a tres leches cake for an anniversary party, and it was incredible!! The cake was the hit of the party, and it transported well, too! The customer service at the bakery was also excellent. I will definitely be coming back!

Originally stopped to get a bagel next door then saw the ridiculous line and decided to give this place a try this is my second week going back very delicious will come back again

soO good! came from next door at bagel and bialy for the horchata cold brew! SO good. i also got churros and a few empanadas too. everything was delicious!
