We held our daughter’s Wedding at the Domaine de Privadière this September and what a wonderful setting and organization it was. We met the Vandeparre brothers, the Owners of Privadière 1 1/2 years ago with the Domaine de Privadière then a complete building site. Maxime promised the venue would be ready for us in time and he was true to his word. They recommended a great Wedding Planner local to Uzès at that time who, together with the Owners and their great team ensured we had a stunning total package as we took over the whole Hotel for our family and friends for the Wedding weekend. Their outstanding Chef Julien Lavendet, not only ensured a delicious 6 course dinner menu of superb quality for 125 people, but also a wonderful and relaxed brunch BBQ the following day. The Chef de Service and his team were superb and handled the service with military precision. The choice of champagnes and wines were excellent. Our guests enjoyed everything that Domaine de Privadière offered. Luxury bedrooms, a gorgeous Spa, heated outdoor Pool and the choice of two restaurants to choose from. We highly recommend Domaine de Privadière as the perfect Wedding Venue. Thank you Maxime and all your wonderful team. We will be back to enjoy more of everything you have to offer in the years to come.

We have enjoyed Chef Julien’s cooking for many years having been a lover of his previous restaurant (Table 2) in Montarens. From the internet, we had gathered that he was going to take charge of the restaurant at the Domaine de Privadiere, and we have been waiting impatiently for this to open. This summer we had to wait no longer, and we made the first of what I hope will be many visits, and we were certainly not disappointed. Obviously like everywhere the price is somewhat more than in the past – we had the €60 menu – but the quality was superb. I would not usually attach photos as they only tell part of the story but in this case, they do help to illustrate the professionalism of the kitchen. It was extremely hot when we were there, but the room was beautifully air-conditioned so we could enjoy the food and wine in comfort. We very much look forward to going back during our next visit to the area.

Great food, wine and service. Innovative, tasty, good attention to detail but not over attentive. I loved watching Jerome mop the kitchen floor together with his staff at the end of service. Great views across the countryside, super clean and modern. We were there for a birthday celebration but didn’t mention it to the staff.
