Tues January Food and beverage were great, and as always, we love the location! The young guy waiting on tables was lovely but your two girls were not. I was greeted at the counter by a blonde girl, who took my order efficiently,...but without a smile or any pleasantries. She was the same towards other customers as well, and when it was close to kitchen closing time she told a group sitting behind me that youse will have to hurry up if you want to order something as the kitchen closes at We asked the dark haired girl for a couple of sugars for our coffee. As she came past, she threw them on our table without saying a word. We thanked her. There was no response. She later brought our meal out...
we love these cafe views and eat are excellent, but came today with friends and where very disappointed by the young blonde waitress who took our order and bought our food. her attitude was terrible, she looks so unhappy and really doesn't want to be there. I. have first about booking a table and she was very free on the phone. it must be more customer-friendly or not at all. I see from previous reviews that there are many complaining about them some from the last year, so they obviously do not happier in their work
We are regulars for more than years whose favourite casual coffee and eats is La Promenade. Coffee is always how we like it and the scones, freshly made every morning, are light and fluffy and perfectly accompanied by jam and cream. Never disappointed. Other...meals are good value and freshly prepared. The staff are welcoming, efficient and professional. The views are to die for. The whole La Promenade package of good coffee, food, staff and view makes this a great place to relax any day of the week.
Sadly was treated by an extremely hostile attendant (young with blonde ponytail). Worst attitude of anyone we’ve been served by. We’re friendly people, and disappointed to be treated in such a way for no apparent reason from the moment we entered (and in front of...my child, which i find terribly disrespectful when you’re trying to bring up a small human to be kind). The food was totally fine, and fast. I’d attempt to go again, but I’d turn straight around if I saw her serving!

We arrived at as walk in customers for meals and was made aware by the very rude young girl waitress that they close at She had a very bad attitude with no smile and made us feel we were not welcomed. We sat...down looked at the menu and the of us then got up and walked out because of the way she made all of us feel.
Good view but one of the worst meals I have had for the price. Yes the offerings in Caloundra are stuck in the fish and chips calamari chicken schnitzel type but dollars for pre cooked calamari ringa and dollars for a thin...piece of fish and some chips. Please this is not good . Stick to having a coffe and scone
Amazing prospect, but more terrible coffee, I am always sad of restaurants that capitalize on purpose and location, but let me in the food department. where is the love? I am happy to pay more for a coffee when it is a good coffee. the minimum expenditure was speaking volume!
beautiful location right on the beach above the search for bribie island. had a nice brunch, although poached eggs on our meals were hard, which was a disappointment. other than a pleasant meal. personal friendly. again a bonus that we could pull out forbaby.

we had a wonderful breakfast with views of pumicestone passage. the food came quickly and was accompanied by large coffee. the personal was excellent.
