La Queseria - Réservation de table

After returning to our apartment after an underwhelming visit to a local botega, I found this sherry and cheese store on the street we were staying. The owner, Juan, is foodie and very passionate about food. I was only planning to have a quick glance and ended up staying over two hours, learning and sample different sherry wines and types of artisan cheeses. In the end, I left with ten bottles of different varieties of sherry wines and several blocks of cheeses. My only regret was that I should have tried and bought more cheeses. Thank you for the wonderful and education experience, Juan. Your passion really shows through your work, your products, and story telling.
