La Rose de Damas

This place has a lovely atmosphere, fairly well priced. 4-8€ for entrees and 13-20€ for mains. The drinks were cheap too.We had the eggplant moussaka, chich kebabs and feta soumossas for entree. Delicious all together. All rather oily though, for my taste.We then had the lamb kebabs(pictured) (came with lettuce and tomato, rice and potato) and lamb shank in a white sauce. Again, I found my meal slightly too oily for my liking, but again, my taste.Overall, the meal was delicious (80€ for 3 entrees, 3 mains, 3 beers and 2 juices) and the staff, other than the lack of English, were very very friendly.

Walked into this charming clean and fresh restaurant . Great service . With amazing food . We had three small plates with great bread and couscous royal . And a bottle of Moroccan wine . Well worth a visit and it's open on a Monday night !

Very nice staff and/or owner. Clean, yummy food. Nice and mouth watering dishes to watch, even better on their way to your belly. Everything is excellent. Daily special at noon or set menu in the evening, no disappointment over the years.

Been several times here and every time we had good service and great food, our favourite is the Syrian platter. Can be busy so sometimes best to book.

Very good food, nice and clean restaurant. Dishes are typical middle eastern, very fresh and full of flavours. Made me remember my roots ????
