When my food arrived, I was surprised by how hefty the quesadilla was. Honestly, I didn't mind the size because the flavor was great. However, I did notice it was a bit too salty. Overall, it was a tasty chicken quesadilla. The rice included peas and carrots and tasted fine. I would definitely return for the quesadilla. Unfortunately, I didn’t take any photos because I was quite hungry and dove in right away as soon as the food arrived—oops! Update: On June 21, 2020, I completely overlooked the fact that when you order a meal, it loads up more than when you order items separately. I made a quick stop while passing through on the highway and was thrilled to find delicious Mexican cuisine. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and the service was quick.

The food was fantastic, and the customer service was outstanding! I only wish the truck stop had better restrooms, but we drove across the street to Loves after our meal here.
