La Table d'Alaïs - Réserver une table

My husband and I ate lunch at La Table d'Alais last week and had a wonderful experience. We felt like we had found a secret treasure. We sat outside with a lively crowd, everyone enjoying their meals. My husband had cassoulet for the first time and is now a lifeliong fan. We had excellent service from our waiter. It is worth the travel to Carcasonne if only to eat here!

The value for money at this restaurant is almost unbelievable; we would have happily paid double for the starter, main course and lunchtime dessert formula, which was absolutely delicious. We had lunch in the interior courtyard which is charming and far from the crowds. And what's more, the staff are absolutely charming.

A restaurant with a real chef, it's beautiful, it's good, originality while respecting the products with a good quality/price ratio. One of the best in the City. I've been there 3 times now, never disappointed.
