La Taverne - Réservation de table

Praktisch in der Nähe von meinem Hotel, ist dies eines meiner Lieblingsrestaurants, die das Essen serviert, das ich mag und erwarte in der Schweiz. Der Besitzer und die Angestellten sind immer sehr gastfreundlich und das Essen immer ausgezeichnet, mit dem Küchenchef bietet ungewöhnliche, appetitliche Soßen mit den Gerichten. Sein Salatdressing, das er selbst macht, mag ich auch sehr. Es gibt genügend Auswahl auf der Speisekarte, um anspruchsvolle Feinschmecker wie mich zu befriedigen. Charmante, gemütliche Atmosphäre und nie überfüllt.

Der Service war okay. begrenzte Auswahl an Essen, gute Portionen aber ziemlich Standard. Nichts Besonderes außer ein paar einfache Schweizer Gerichte. Atmosphäre ist ziemlich alt und einfach. Tischgedecke einfach, dünn wie Papier und Kunststoff Servietten Blumen auf den Tischen. . . . .Für alle oben überteuert.

Simple and typically Swiss interior. The food is excellent and the ladies that run the place are absolutely fantastic and accommodating, We stayed in an apartment directly across the street from the La Taverne and it was packed all week. The prices are reasonable too (unusual for Zermatt)!!

Sehr gute Küche mit Schweizer Spezialitäten und sehr feinen Nachspeisen. Frau Petrig führt das Restaurant mit viel Aufmerksamkeit und Leidenschaft, ihr Bruder verblüfft immer wieder mit seinen delikaten Kochkünsten. Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Aber gut. Fleisch sind gut und der Besitzer schlägt sie die Kunden Variationen außerhalb Menüs. Beachten Sie, daß in Zermatt egal ob der Restaurant ist Familie Business oder Corporate, die Preise sind sehr hoch.

Nice and homely restaurant. Nice and personal service. The food was very good, plentiful and reasonably priced. Gladly again!
