During my recent visit to La Terrasse du Ter, I was absolutely delighted by the Inspiration menu. Each dish was a delight to the taste buds, beautifully prepared and presented. The large shrimp marinated in spices with their wok vegetables and coconut emulsion were tasty and perfectly seasoned. The sea bass fillet accompanied by turmeric arancini and carrot mousseline with orange butter and chorizo was also exquisite. The highlight of the show was the dessert: a pineapple ravioli with creamy rice pudding, citrus supremes and yogurt sorbet.
