As expected, excellent La Torrada offers excellent service and atmosphere, which allows for an excellent gastronomic experience. The only detail are the hours of high customer traffic, since there is a long line to enter the parking lot / Valet. However, the experience within it is not affected by this minor inconvenience. Recommended dishes: Yellow Beet Carpaccio Smoked Salmon Wheel Fried Cauliflower Rib-eye with Tuetano al Piquin Costilla del Tio Guillo (Personal taste Truffled Potato Puree) As garnishes: Roasted asparagus French Fries (Everyone likes them) Desserts: Golden Cake Bread of corn * Tie with cheese (If you are not a fan of the cake)
