we were installed in the bar room next to a tv screen set on a musical channel, the sound squarely strong, let's go to the kitchen, after a snowshoe hike, we arrived hungry (happyly) we chose a scallop with blue cooking, then according to the waitress, there are 2 kinds of blue cooking: the blue a little and the blue a little less! Why not? When the plate arrived, we didn't see the tin, literally drowned under a thick and compact sauce, impossible to cut the meat without putting it anywhere, not counting the mega portion of fries (surgelées) in the middle of all this.....and for what is bits.
