I've been particularly interested in the Chanel Wallet on Chain (WOC) in black caviar leather with gold hardware. This review is specifically about Chanel's SAs. The previous reviews echo my own experience. I found their behavior inappropriate and shocking. At one point, four of them were discussing my purchase in front of me, referring to me in the 3rd person as if I weren't standing right in front of them. This passive aggressive behavior is not acceptable in luxury retail. In any case, it's always better to purchase at a Chanel boutique than just an authorized Chanel retailer. Hirschleifers is not Chanel. However, these employees represent Chanel and should be trained to uphold the brand's image.
Horribly ran store, called them this morning to ask if they had this fear of god essentials hoodie and matching pants and they said they do. Proceeded to drive 2 and a half hours to this trash store for them to tell me they don't carry the hoodies. Wish they would have told me that before I drove all this way. I'm a client at many high end stores in Manhattan and the way this store acts is absolutely disgusting. Wouldn't recommend anyone shopping here.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I was at the front of the line for a first-come, first-served sale when a security guard, who was unprofessional, insisted that I move to the back of the line for no apparent reason. As a result, I couldn't get the shoes I wanted and was forced to leave. They made up various excuses, and because of this experience, I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this place.
Buyer be ware read the fine print and expect rude and inappropriate customer service. I was told to wait outside the store to see if I can return or get credit for a shirt I bought on line only to be told no with out a reason. Had receipts and everything needed for it but was unable to do so. And for that thank you I will never shop at your place again and I will make it so that I will put my review anywhere I can

I’ve been a loyal customer for years. However, most recent experience totally turned me off to this place of business. If the management fails then the employees will run a muck. And it seems like that’s what happened. They need to be very transparent about their policy regarding access into the store. I have contacted the company directly regarding this matter. Let’s see how they respond.

We went in to the Chanel side on a whim and they weren't that friendly or helpful, it wasn't busy at all either. We shop at other Chanel locations often and overall receive friendly service, when you're willing to spend thousands on an item, customer service should be a priority no matter what the demand is!
